Shorewood
Initially backed by a Kickstarter campaign, Draft & Vessel Shorewood is a singular vision that brings unique beer to a unique space. A small space where there are no TVs and great conversation is inevitable. The one-of-a-kind interior was designed and built with reclaimed material from the family farm. While it started at a miniscule 350 sq ft, it’s grown to a still small 800 sq ft. It’s almost an accidental bar that’s as charming as it is unexpected.
Focused on a ever rotating list of 16 of the most interesting and delicious beers available, there’s also draft cocktails, wine, seltzer, kombucha and cider. There is also a small curated selection of quality whisky.

Tosa Village
Our second location is in The Village in Wauwatosa. Located at 7479 Harwood Ave.
The main building features draft beer, cocktails, spirits, wine, mead, cider, seltzer, and more with a focus on space and conversation (no TVs)
The side building houses The Beer School: a flexible space opening onto the Beer Grotto for events and private rentals. This completely private space is currently open for online reservations. Book Beer School
In the front, the Hops Court overlooks Root Common Park and in the back, the Beer Grotto overlooks Hart Park. All of these spaces are connected by a boardwalk that bisects the building. The building is custom-designed to be the best craft beer bar in WI with Ramsey+Jones Architects.
POMEROY
Pomeroy is a departure from Draft & Vessel in some ways, but very much the same in other ways. What we’ve dubbed a “history bar” as we’ve showcased many things calling back to the turn of the century Milwaukee.
Located in Historic Walker’s Point, it made sense to lean into Milwaukee’s origins. Pomeroy is the name of the owner’s great grandparents who are of French Canadian descent and would have followed a similar journey fur trading across Canada and then settling down in Wisconsin as did Milwaukee’s French founder Solomon Juneau. Thus the name of the upstairs rental room.
We focus more on cocktails than beer at Pomeroy but still highlight the best beers we can from around the country and the world. We have unique theme nights that are popular such as Monday book night and Tuesday chess night. Also dog friendly and a very cozy vibe as ususal.
Upstairs is the Fur Trader which is a private rental space for up to 50 people. It has a private bar and a gallery space that is flexible to suit your needs whether it be birthday party or dance floor.

Draft & Co. adds “company” to Draft & Vessel. We’re bringing Crave burgers and the Soup Brothers together with us in a brand new space at Vel Phillips Plaza in downtown Milwaukee.

GIVING TREE GARAGE
The Giving Tree Garage is an entirely one of a kind concept. You’ll find nothing else like it in the world
There is custom designed furniture under the largest elm tree on 2nd St. in Walker’s Point. Cold Beer and cocktails are served from a 1950 International Harvester Metro van turned into a cooler. The perfect place to sit in the shade of the tree on the weekend or watch the sun set next to a fire table in the evening.
Inside the garage is where we store the Tap Trucks. 1940 Ford, 1964 Dodge and 1969 Ford Econoline Hotwheels van. These can be rented to come setup a mobile bar at your private event.
The beer garden is only open in the summer on weekends. Don’t miss this unique experience.
